  1. did you know anyone could find your 'deleted', 'sent',
  2. and 'trashed' mail, the previous web sites you've visited,
  3. what newsgroups you've read? this program enables you to
  4. erase these things.  you can highlight and delete any or
  5. all text in notepad then re-save the file.  the cache wipe
  6. actually overwrites the file with 0's and then erases it
  7. so someone can't undelete it.
